My journey to becoming a virtual assistant wasn't a straight line — and that's exactly what makes me exceptional at what I do. I've spent 15 years navigating the demanding worlds of state government with the State of NC, Wake County, and outpatient DWI treatment — environments where precision, discretion, and the ability to solve problems under pressure weren't optional. They were everything.
